If you're a hunter who loves building relationships, closing deals, and seeing your hard work pay off, this role is for you. We'll give you the tools, support, and training you bring the drive.

What You'll Do :

• Develop new business across Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Southern Colorado.
• Build strong, lasting partnerships with customers in manufacturing, distribution, and beyond.
• Identify packaging challenges and deliver creative, cost-saving solutions.
• Work alongside our internal design, operations, and automation experts to serve your customers.
• Manage your pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit ambitious growth goals.
