Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before underwriting

Assemble and verify the complete loan package for underwriting and compliance

Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience

Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations

Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows

Strong math and analytical skills
