Position
The Executive Support & Project Specialist provides advanced administrative and project management support to the Co-Chief Legal Officers, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. This role combines traditional executive support with analytical and project-based responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will excel in designing Board-quality presentations, building analytical models in Excel, and leveraging tools like Microsoft Copilot to streamline workflows. Success in this role demands proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
Track and report on key legal and compliance initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables; prepare status updates and ensure timely follow-ups.
Design and produce high-impact PowerPoint decks for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision.
Stay current on Microsoft 365 tools and emerging technologies, including Copilot, to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
