Dental Patient Coordinator

Location : Arvada, Colorado (88th and Wadsworth)

Pay : Hourly starting at $24 / hr plus daily bonus opportunities

Schedule FT Monday-Friday

Position Overview

As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations in our front office while delivering high-quality customer service.

Essential Functions

  • Greet patients with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage patient scheduling and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
  • Verify insurance information and assist patients with financing options.
  • Collect payments and ensure accurate processing.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional, helpful manner.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure effective communication and seamless patient care.
  • Enter treatment plans into the practice management system and ensure appropriate fee schedules are loaded.
  • Assist with keeping the front office organized, tidy, and well stocked with coffee, tea, and bathroom supplies.

    • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental front office setting is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with dental software (experience with Denticon is a plus).
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
