We are hiring a Product Director, Gmail Ecosystem Growth & Search. You will lead 2 pillars within the Gmail product team : Gmail Ecosystem Growth and Gmail Search & Discovery.
Grow the Gmail ecosystem, amongst both businesses and users, includes driving growth of our more important AI bets. Gmail also plays a tremendous role in powering several Google-wide priorities, including iOS growth, Gemini app growth, and increased influence amongst youth. You will be leading all of these efforts to maximize Gmail's impact to Google and our users.
Bring the power of Gemini to Gmail search and discovery surfaces to re-invent how people find and engage with their personal content. You will be the leader for Gmail Gemini Overviews, one of Google’s most visible and critical AI bets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
