Your role in our team
- You will organize and follow up on new sales leads (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- You will work with the sales team to turn qualified leads into real sales opportunities
- You will maintain and optimize the sales process with CRM tools
- You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create sales campaigns
- You will map target customer organizations and identify key contacts to further extend sales within customer organizations
- You will act as liaison for legal documents (master, CDA, MSA)
- You will assist sales members with contract generation as needed Coordinate ecosystem activities
- You will assist with travel coordination
- You will prepare customer presentations
- You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- You will maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information
- You will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to resolve issues and answer questions
- You will coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
- You will participate in trade shows and conferences
Your profile
- You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- You have proven experience in sales support or administrative role
- You have experience using digital marketing & sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- You are able to build strong relationships
- You have excellent communicate and interpersonal skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
- You have knowledge of key IT systems used in pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical environments (this is a plus)
- You have knowledge of Pharma 4.0 concepts and the achievable benefits (this is a plus)
