Job description

Position Title : Project Manager / Business Integration Manager

Location : Hybrid work schedule. 75% remote. Onsite work in Washington, DC and Arlington, VA.

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $117,000 – $164,000 annually

There are currently two positions open for this role, all responsibilities are the same. The first position will require a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience. The second position will require 9+ years.

Overview :

We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Project Managers / Business Integration Managers to lead a new, high-visibility federal government consulting initiative. This role is pivotal in aligning business strategy with technology solutions to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency across government operations. You will oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams while managing complex integrations and change efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead strategic federal consulting projects focused on business systems integration and transformation.
  • Translate complex client requirements into actionable plans and oversee execution across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in processes, organizational change, and technology implementation.
  • Design and implement new organizational structures and business processes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including large-scale initiatives involving up to 50 or more personnel.
  • Coordinate future system integrations and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Create and deliver training programs to support transformation and adoption.
  • Guide clients through process reengineering and change management strategies.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • U.S. Citizenship required with ability to pass in-depth federal background investigation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience leading business integration, systems implementation, and process redesign efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience in federal consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Eligibility for security clearance may be required.
