Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing staff schedules and training new employees
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring and managing inventory and food costs
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
