Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls using Dialer to a variety of high-touch customers.
- Help grow business by identifying new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for sales executives.
- Ask questions effectively to uncover account growth opportunities.
- Develop current low-volume, high-order, or high-volume, low-value customers.
- Create awareness of the Global value proposition, Global Exclusive Brands, and products.
- Manage your sales plan by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals, prioritizing tasks, and utilizing resources efficiently.
- Drive web adoption.
Relationship Building
Build trust and credibility with clients.Assist customers in finding solutions to achieve their goals and add value.Provide support, information, and guidance by researching and recommending new profit and service improvements.Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities through networking.Product Knowledge
Understand the Global Equipment Company industry and products.Stay informed about industry trends.Use internal resources to learn about new product offerings.Communication Skills
Communicate effectively verbally, including speaking clearly and listening attentively.Write clearly and succinctly in various formats like business letters and emails.Persuade effectively by asking insightful questions to understand customer needs.Competencies and Skills
Associate's degree in business or marketing, or at least 2 years of B2B sales experience via telephone.Knowledge of inside sales elements such as cold calling, business development, and customer acquisition.Strong sales planning and business development skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to prioritize sales efforts effectively.EEO / AA Statement
