As an Assistant Manager at Red Robin, you help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding service and quality.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with managing daily restaurant operations to meet company standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent guest service
- Help train new employees and support ongoing team development
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards are consistently met
- Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control efforts
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with management to meet sales and performance goals

Pay Range: $48000 per hour - $50000 per hour

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
