Position Overview
A Gather Behavioral Health Therapist is an integral part of the care journey for our Adolescent clients. Therapists provide personalized outpatient individual, group, and family therapy that is done in collaboration with other team members utilizing comprehensive evidence-based treatment. As part of the Accanto Health family of services, Gather Behavioral Health is growing into the premier outpatient provider for psychotherapy and support for clients with eating disorder, as well as other mental health, and co-occurring substance use problems.
Schedule :
- Monday through Friday, general business hours (Central Time Zone).
Compensation Range :
Therapist I : $60,000-$65,000 (Pre-independent licensure)Therapist II : $65,000-$75,000 (Independent licensure and up to 7 years of clinical experience)Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications / experience met for position.
How Therapists Empower Recovery :
Conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions with the client and their family or community of support as assignedCarries a caseload of patients (individual and family responsibility per patient) and provides individual, group, and family therapy as assignedDevelops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plansConducts therapy utilizing evidence-based treatmentsActively participates in weekly consultation group discussing clinical and administrative issuesConducts intake evaluations as assignedGenerates discharge plans by making treatment and other recommendations and coordinating next level of care servicesCollaborates with staff, community professionals, and community agencies to coordinate next level of care services and maintain continuity of careMaintains up-to-date therapeutic skills and knowledge of advancements in eating disorders assessment and treatment, best practices, and resources through participation in professional organizations, internal and external training opportunities, and reviewing current academic literaturePerforms other duties as assignedQualifications
Educational Qualifications :
Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field and licensed to practice independentlyIndependent license requiredProfessional Qualifications
