A company is looking for an Account Manager to lead the transition for its global client base. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy and execution across a portfolio of ~150-200 global accounts Drive migration from legacy plans to the new Gen-4 platform and ensure client adoption of new features Partner with Customer Success to deliver onboarding and success planning while managing the full renewal cycle Required Qualifications Proven track record of growing revenue across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts Strong commercial mindset with operational efficiency in prioritizing and executing tasks Experience working with recruitment, staffing, or talent tech clients High tech fluency with familiarity in using AI and automation tools Demonstrated ownership mentality and a proactive approach to improving processes
