A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues
Supervise billing and invoicing lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams to align with contracts
Lead month-end close activities and support audits by maintaining internal controls and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience in a remote work environment and understanding of multi-currency accounting
