Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to teach in a self-contained elementary classroom serving students in grades K-1. You will work with a small group of 8 students, potentially increasing to 9 or 10 during the school year, with the support of a paraprofessional and a 1 : 1 aide. The role requires approximately 33.35 hours weekly, providing a focused and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a self-contained K-1 classroom setting
• Collaborate with paraprofessional and 1 : 1 aides to deliver targeted instruction and behavior support
• Monitor student progress and municate with parents and education team members
• Maintain records in pliance with special education regulations and school policies
