Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Restaurant Manager position based in Yarmouth Port, MA. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a superior guest experience and smooth service. Responsibilities include managing staff, supporting hiring processes, delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage service. The role will work closely with the restaurant management team to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

• Strong skills in Hiring and team management to recruit, train, and motivate staff
• Excellent Communication abilities to lead effectively and engage with customers and team members
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Food & Beverage service operationsincluding online reservation systems.
• Leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse responsibilities
• Previous management experience in restaurant or hospitality management is required (3 year minimum)
• must be able to successfully complete a CORI check
• required within 14 dsays of hire TIPS Certification
• Serv Safe certification within 30 days of hire
