Premium Audit Auditor II
Zurich North America is hiring a Premium Audit Auditor II to join our team. Key accountabilities include planning, organizing, and managing assigned workload and territory; providing timely and accurate service to the insured, agents, and internal business partners for the completion of the audit process on moderately complex risks; ensuring that audited exposures are accurately calculated; and resolving potential disputes / questions that arise from the auditing function.
Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or a Zurich approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area. Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office is also required, along with knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices.
Preferred qualifications include APA, CPCU, large, multi-state premium audit experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600.00 - $132,400.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
