Overview

AI Product Specialist – Analytics Focus at Signals . Signals is a Provo-based, fast-growing Utah tech company building AI Cloud Employees that help teams move faster. Interviews are underway; apply early.

We're hiring now to support new customer growth. If you're early in your career and hungry to learn AI, this is a chance to grow quickly.

Responsibilities

Configure and launch AI Cloud Employees while capturing key customer data.
Translate business problems into measurable AI workflows and reporting.
Support customer onboarding with strong documentation and insights.
Analyze usage data and provide feedback to improve customer outcomes.
Assist with reporting frameworks and dashboards to demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

0–3 years in research, analytics, or SaaS operations OR recently graduated in data-focused fields.

Proficient in data analysis (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools).

Strong communicator who enjoys turning insights into clear recommendations.

Interested in applying analytical skills in customer-facing settings.

Hungry, humble, and eager to grow in the AI product / customer success space.

First 60 days

Learn Signals + AI / LLM basics, shadow launches, and complete internal onboarding.

Co-own small customer implementations with a mentor; document a simple playbook.

Lead a small go-live end-to-end with guidance; demo what you built to the team.

Nice-to-have (not Required)

Zapier / Make, basic SQL or APIs, Python / JS, Salesforce / HubSpot, data viz.
