Job Overview : We are looking for a hands-on, self-sufficient Digital Marketing Specialist to execute content marketing and lead generation across all channels — from content creation to ad campaigns and automation. This role involves full-stack implementation with no reliance on agencies or external help.

1. Content Marketing & SEO Strategy (YouTube & Thought Leadership)

Develop YouTube and podcast content strategy to grow reach and engagement for founder's brand

Help ideate and outline video / podcast scripts with a clear value proposition

Analyze channel performance and suggest improvements for retention and growth

Ensure SEO optimization across all content (titles, descriptions, keywords, structure)

Lead storytelling across video, blog, social, and newsletter channels

Create and manage a consistent newsletter strategy to nurture leads and build community

2. Brand Building

Build and execute brand strategy for both Primior and our founder (personal brand)

Develop and manage PR, social media, and storytelling campaigns to elevate visibility

Establish authority through consistent storytelling, content positioning, and thought leadership

3. Lead Generation & Automation

Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta (and optionally Google / YouTube / X)

Drive high-quality leads to webinars, opt-ins, and email nurture funnels

Create automation funnels and workflows using HubSpot to manage MQLs and SQLs

Build from scratch : landing pages, email sequences, newsletters, funnels, and tracking infrastructure

Execute outbound lead gen via Instantly, , and email scraping tools

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (content + ads + automation)

Deep experience with HubSpot : CRM, workflows, email, funnel tracking

Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and scripts

Graphic design capabilities (Figma, Canva, Adobe)

Funnel building and lead nurturing automation experience

SEO content strategy and distribution know-how

Experience in lead gen through cold email, , and PR

Strong understanding of analytics, pixel tracking, attribution

Ability to own everything without outsourcing — fully self-reliant

Nice-to-Haves :

Real estate investing or finance industry experience

Basic video editing ability (Descript, CapCut, etc.)

Familiarity with influencer outreach and podcast guest strategy

AI automation experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, n8n, Clay)
