Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Manager to lead the Critical Care (ICU) team. This role provides leadership, direction, and coordination of operations, personnel, and patient care within the ICU unit. The RN Manager ensures high standards of care, staff competency, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the ICU, ensuring effective patient care delivery.
• Lead, coach, and support nursing staff, including performance management and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and all regulatory standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and budget for the unit.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for ICU staff.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical skills and certifications.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of recent Acute Care leadership experience in the ICU (within the last year).

Registered Nurse (RN) Required

Registered Nurse Diploma , Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) , or
