Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Tustin, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations for new hires, and termination processes.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with department managers to collect and manage HR documentation.
- Organize, print, and file employee records to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
- Collaborate with the IT department to set up necessary hardware and software for new hires and handle equipment for departing employees.
- Verify employee eligibility through E-Verify and maintain compliance with I-9 requirements.
- Input new employee information into the organization's HR systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Create and manage job postings using the Lever platform to attract top talent.
- Welcome candidates and ensure interview arrangements are properly handled.
- Provide support for additional HR tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements :
