BDC Representatives
As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Your main goal will be to engage with potential customers and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and online chat.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Nurture customer relationships and build a strong pipeline of leads.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the BDC manager and sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
