The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team at Workday plays a crucial role in ensuring customers maximize the value they get from their Workday products. The team focuses on customers' post go-live journey, delivering a variety of programs and services to support growing and changing business needs within Workday.

We are seeking people who love to help customers overcome HR technology challenges and who feel rewarded by driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate helps people understand tough concepts and facilitates collaboration on effective solutions. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary based on work location. This role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or other incentives, as well as annual stock grants. Compensation offers are based on geography, experience, skills, duties, and business need. Primary Location : USA. IL, Chicago
Primary Location Base Pay Range : $122,800 - $184,200 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range : $111,100 - $197,300 USD
Additional Considerations : In Colorado, pay range is $116,900 - $175,400 USD.
