What you’ll do

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues in connection with operating partnerships
• Assist with M&A tax structuring, and internal restructuring
• Draft emails and memos
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings
• Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions

Salary & Location

For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is between $170,000 and $300,000. The range for other geographies may vary by market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
