As a Quality Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading the Manufacturing Quality Control Lab to safely & efficiently test and release adhesive, primer, sealant, and tape products
• Driving improvements to gain efficiency in the product testing and release process
• Coaching and developing a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians to create a respectful environment where everyone's talents can reach their full potential
• Meeting or exceeding the Quality needs of Internal and External Customers by reacting to opportunities as they arise and by removing roadblocks to ensure the team has all they need to be successful

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $122,292 - $149,468, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
