Key Responsibilities
Monitor phone queue and provide assistance for new and existing claims
Document information related to claims and ensure data accuracy for processing
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns and provide updates on claims
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
Must be bondable and capable of obtaining necessary state licenses
