Illinois Licensed Revenue Cycle Rep

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 2.

Key Responsibilities

Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits and appeals

Assist in training staff for accuracy and identify process improvement opportunities

Participate in meetings with payer representatives to optimize reimbursement and minimize denials

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 1 tasks

Experience with advanced level workqueues, such as retro review and credit adjustment processing

Knowledge of Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission processes

Ability to manage healthcare liens and settlement requests

Experience in credit balance review according to organizational policies
