Description
The Financial Analyst supports the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts to drive informed business decisions. This position plays a key role in financial planning and reporting processes, partnering with business units to analyze performance, prepare reports, and develop actionable insights that contribute to achieving strategic and financial goals. The Financial Analyst works closely with the Senior Financial Analyst and the broader FP&A team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in all financial analyses.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.

Charlotte, Miami, San Antonio : $66,017 - $69,900
Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Fresno : $69,780 - $73,885
Houston, Johnston, Minneapolis : $70,969 - $75,144
Chicago, Denver, Philadelphia, San Diego : $74,203 - $78,568
Boston, Los Angeles : $77,240 - $81,784
New York City, San Francisco : $82,390 - $87,236
This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
Support the budgeting process by gathering data, validating assumptions, and consolidating departmental inputs.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance trends, cost structures, and business scenarios.
Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast, providing insights into key drivers.
Partner with business leaders to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare presentations and summaries for management highlighting financial trends, risks, and recommendations.
Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment between actual results and projections.
Participate in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst or Director of FP&A.
Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or planning; FP&A experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or enterprise planning tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
