Position Description : Process payroll for multiple worksites and provide clients with a superior level of customer service in a high-volume environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Receive and review client payroll data
• Enter / update payroll data in system for multiple client companies
• Process payroll & reports
• Possess knowledge and stay current on payroll compliance
• Liaise with support personnel to ensure payroll is shipped to clients timely
• Customer service
• Assist client company owners / managers with any payroll related questions
• Assist employees with questions / problems as it may relate to their pay
• Must be knowledgeable and personable
• Enter / update employee data in payroll system
• Employee information (i.e. names, addresses, job titles, etc)
• Time off accruals (i.e. vacation pay, sick pay, personal pay, etc.)
• Calculate garnishments
• Receive and review termination reports
• Enter / update client data in payroll system
• Enter client information including workers comp codes and processes
• Enter client time off accruals
• Create processing schedules
• Add / update departments and divisions as needed

Qualifications :

This is a hybrid position, commuting to the Tampa office 3 days per week. This is not a remote position.
