LaSalle Network is partnering with a global leader in the food space seeking an interim Onboarding Specialist to support their HR operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate employee onboarding and seamless data management across HR and payroll systems. You will have the opportunity to work independently, and partner cross functionally with various leaders in the organization.

Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities :

• Manage and validate onboarding data within the Cornerstone
• Support new hire setup and data transfer to payroll systems
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity throughout the process
• Partner with HR and payroll teams to troubleshoot and streamline onboarding workflows
