Job description

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with its largest enterprise customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of the company's largest enterprise customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that identify opportunities for expansion, cross-sell, and upsell

Lead strategic business reviews with key accounts, positioning the company as a long-term digital transformation partner

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS

Proven track record of expanding account revenue and building multi-level executive relationships

Experience managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios with year-over-year growth

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or technical background a plus

Skilled in leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and forecasts
