Regional Account Manager - Orange County, CA
While "Industry-specific" sales experience is not required, prior sales, account management and strong communication is necessary.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with existing accounts to sell more projects, find and call on new accounts (a hunter mentality will do exceptionally well), manage specific projects as required, reach agreed-upon revenue targets based on client retention and new sales, investigating and resolving any potential customer issues, networking and building new relationships within the client base, working side by side with your teammates, and operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
Candidates must live in and or around the respective territory (Orange County, CA), and have reliable transportation to visit prospective client locations. While your primary targeted territory is Orange County, the opportunity encompasses Southern California and all areas throughout the U.S. Our market is enormous, and the compensation potential is significant for the right person!
Our team works as a group to achieve combined sales goals and compensation; hence, we all work together to achieve more! We’ve created a team approach purposely so you are not alone in your endeavors and receive all the help needed while growing and managing your territory. You would eventually work remotely from your home, but initial travel to Temecula for some basic training is required, then field training and Zoom meetings until ready. Once deployed in your territory, you would travel to Temecula once or twice a month for our team meetings.
