Responsibilities :

The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's GSA project and perform the following duties :

• Execute the full project management lifecycle, create impressive relationships, and prepare comprehensive documentation
• Support the ICAM Division's innovation and emerging technology initiatives with our unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the ICAM space.
• Utilize innovation processes to evaluate and test new technologies to ascertain emerging technology fitness, maturity, and value that would benefit the division's federal services, products, and overall mission. Subject matter support should be based on a robust and successful track record combined with an intimate knowledge of the ICAM industry, government, terms and conditions, challenges, strategic customer and vendor management, transitions / migrations, playbooks, and solution development.
• Deliver business and functional requirements documents, project-related documents, market research, business cases, use cases, whitepapers, as well as other documentation needed to support the division's innovation objective.
• Provide strategic planning support for directional or long-term planning activities that guide using or conserving resources to ensure strategic versus tactical (or short-term) goals. Techniques might include various disciplines or analysis techniques, such as Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis or Political, Economic, Social, and Technological (PEST) analysis. The results of the analysis may involve documented plans for the future direction that influence the ICAM Division's tactical decisions.
• Develop robust and effective communications (white papers, presentations, reports, etc.)
• Provide requirements development, market research, acquisition planning, cost estimating, price analysis, technical evaluation criteria, and administration (e.g., ICAM, post-quantum cryptography, artificial intelligence (AI), emerging technologies) for any IT acquisitions.
• Utilize acquisition management skills to develop complex requirements documents such as business cases, statements of work (SOW), performance work statements (PWS), statements of objectives (SOO), or special item numbers (SINs) and assist in the development and review of additional solicitation documents.
