Treasury Management Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized client facing Treasury Management Analyst to join our Treasury Management team. Accountable to the AVP Treasury Management Analyst Lead, in this role, you will support the Treasury Management team and serve as a liaison between Treasury Management and other Bridgewater Bank departments. You will also be a point of contact for clients when the Treasury Management team is unavailable and will provide full administrative support to the Treasury Management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to Treasury Management team
• Manage onboarding of new clients and transition of clients

Manage documentation and paperwork

Collect documentation from clients

Work with Treasury Management to gather paperwork

Work on cost comparisons, proposals, and timelines

Serve as a client resource when the sales team is unavailable

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

The typical annual / hourly base pay range for this role is between $55,900 - $74,900. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
