A company is looking for a Sr. IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3 Support).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the resolution of complex application incidents and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance digital platforms
Monitor application stability and participate in shift and on-call rotations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise level application support
Advanced experience with multi-tier on-premise or cloud-based architecture
Deep understanding of IT service delivery principles, including Incident and Problem Management
Strong experience with Linux
US Citizenship and eligibility for U.S. Government Security Clearance
