We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in CNC machine operation and programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities :

1. Operate and maintain CNC lathe machines to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

2. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately set up and operate machines.

3. Program CNC machines using G&M code, Mastercam / NX, or equivalent.

4. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.

5. Use precision measuring tools to inspect and verify dimensions of parts.

6. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

7. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

8. Train and mentor junior machinists, sharing knowledge and best practices.

9. Perform welding tasks as needed.

Job Details

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist in the manufacturing industry.

2. Proficiency in G&M code, Mastercam / NX, or equivalent.

3. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.

4. Experience with welding and other metal fabrication techniques.

5. Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.

6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

7. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

9. High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus.

10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
