JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for the preventative maintenance of the HVAC and refrigeration equipment, as well as repairs.
Requirements
EDUCATION :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- AA Degree in Science Air Conditioning and Refrigeration preferred.
- EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification required.
SKILLS :
Must have excellent math skills. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum one (1) year journey-level experience in HVAC and refrigeration.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working with building codes, ordinances, and regulations of state and local authorities pertaining to HVAC.
- Minimum one (1) year of building operations and skills including but not limited to centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, heat wheels, floor plenum single-pass conditioned air supply distribution systems in buildings over 200,000 sq. ft. or larger.
- Minimum one (1) year computer experience working with MS Word, Excel, and Access.
- Prior experience with CMMS preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
- This position is considered safety sensitive and will be required to undergo periodic drug / alcohol testing.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and personal insurance.
- Must possess a clear driving record and meet the organizations insurance criteria.
- Must successfully pass an agility exam to determine physical capability to perform the essential job functions.
- Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of customer service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers.
- Must attend mandatory guest service training.
- Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, the Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
- Must be available to work any shift to include day, swing, graveyard, weekends, holidays, and occasional on call.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and / or other employers.
