Statewide Fire Protection in Las Vegas, NV, and Delta Fire Protection in our Sparks, NV office.Job ResponsibilitiesLead branch collection effortsDaily posting of ACH / EFT payments receivedDepositing and Posting of checks received at our officeField questions from branch personnel and assist in problem solving / resolutionSupport branch personnel on various A / R related tasksParticipate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesAssist with interim and annual audits, as well as SOX complianceAssist in processing write-off transactions and refunding of monies due back to our customer.
