Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global employee relations strategy and provide strategic direction for workplace investigations

Lead a global team of employee relations professionals and establish industry-leading practices in AI integration

Identify and mitigate enterprise-level employee relations risks while ensuring compliance with employment laws and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in employee relations or related HR functions

Experience in building and leading high-performing global teams

Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or equivalent) preferred

Professional certifications in employee relations or HR leadership

Demonstrated expertise in AI governance and implementation within HR contexts
