As the Inclusion & Belonging Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving initiatives that foster a culture of belonging and equity across. You’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues, support innovative programs, and help shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule impactful activities and events that promote inclusion and belonging.
• Attend and evaluate Inclusion & Belonging trainings, sharing insights to improve accessibility and relevance for all employees.
• Coordinate communications and projects with the Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Board and Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
• Research and recommend new guidelines and policies to advance our Inclusion & Belonging strategy.
• Keep internal platforms and resources up to date, ensuring employees have access to the latest information.
• Partner with the recruiting team to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent.
• Create engaging content for Viva Engage and collaborate with marketing on communication strategies.
• Support Community CliQ platform management and assist BRGs and regional committees with events and projects.
• Contribute to research and special projects that drive our Inclusion & Belonging goals.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the team.
