Job Description
Reviewing of Dealer Agreement Amendments and evaluate in a timely manner and within varying state statutes
Providing weekly status reports to Market Area Managers and Senior Leadership team
Working closely with 3-4 Regional Managers and Market Representation Managers within the assign Market Area
Review and understand franchise contracts for accuracy and completeness as compared to required content
Maintain detailed tracking of information and documentation through the process
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
Qualifications
Must be able to positively represent the client
Be very detail oriented
Strong ability to use technology, Microsoft Office suite, Video Conferencing, Screen Sharing, etc.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
Become knowledgeable about all the support elements the company provides
Broad working knowledge of overall Dealer Agreement Contracts
Detailed working knowledge of dealer financials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the Retail Network Development (Franchising) processes and tools, including, but not limited to Dealership Application Process
Strong organizational skills
3+ Years working with Franchise Agreements / Contracts
