A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer - Onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Salesforce Omnichannel solutions for case routing
Integrate Salesforce with AWS Connect for efficient case call routing
Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and user experience
Required Qualifications
BTech in Computer Science or equivalent
Extensive experience in Salesforce development
Expertise in Salesforce Omnichannel for case routing
Experience with AWS Connect integration
Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA
