• We are hiring immediately for a full time RECEPTIONIST position.
• Location : Canteen - 2305 Daniels Street, Madison, WI 53718. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : 2 to 3 years of previous customer service, phone etiquette, and clerical experience required. Previous experience using Microsoft Excel is required.

• Pay Range :   $17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : As a Receptionist, you will be the first impression to all and will operate the switchboard in addition to being the point of contact for all visitors, making sure guests feel comfortable and secure throughout their visit. Responsible for establishing a welcome, warm, and professional atmosphere for all clients, recruits, customers and employees.
