Dermatology LCM Indications Lead

In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. The Dermatology LCM Lead will report to the Dermatology TA Head and will be accountable for the pre-launch development and execution of early global marketing strategies and initiatives to support the Global launch of multiple immunology assets for the treatment of various Dermatology indications. The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset.
Main Responsibilities :
- Early Global Brand Development Strategy And Launch Preparation 80%
- Develop strategic input into Phase 2 / 3 developments for pre-identified indications, working in tandem with the various Asset Strategy Leads / TA Heads
- Work with Global Development and Medical Affairs, ensure that key TPPs are developed develop and Integrated Evidence Generation Planning put in place to support the development
- Input into Sci Comms planning for publication strategy and brand awareness generation, and participate in execution of the Dermatology TA congress strategy
- Work with Commercial Excellence teams to ensure appropriate continuity / tracking of progress and generate market insights
- Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to support development plans and establish amlitelimab as the future standard of care
- Work with Sanofi Launch Excellence resources to optimize launch planning
- Prepare multichannel approaches to amplify the customer experience including digital strategy
- Communicate closely with Strategy & Marketing Operations, and with agency partners, to ensure appropriate planning, tracking and development of early brand plan
