Base pay range
$32.00 / hr - $38.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to design and prepare construction documents including grading and drainage, utility, and roadway plans.
- Perform stormwater calculations and hydrologic / hydraulic modeling and assist in designing site retention, storm drainage systems, and conveyance channels. Research local codes and prepare technical drainage reports.
- Assist in the design of public and private water and sewer systems including layouts and prepare sewer capacity analysis and WaterCAD models. Research state and local codes and prepare technical basis of design reports.
- Maintain quality control checklists to ensure plans and reports adhere to RICK CAD Standards and Quality Control Manuals.
- Work towards Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure by gaining qualifying experience. Take advantage of training opportunities and mentorship from senior engineers and company leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in civil engineering.Successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.Desire to learn about land development and advance their career.What We Offer
