Director Of Product Management
McKesson is an impact-driven, Fortune 10 company that touches virtually every aspect of healthcare. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead the Lynx product team, McKesson's flagship inventory management solution for oncology and specialty practices.
Lynx revolutionized the market when it was first released, two decades ago. It has since established itself as the industry-leading workhorse of the clinic. It's time for another revolution : we're looking for a dynamic leader that can evolve Lynx for the next 20 years.
Lynx enables oncology and specialty practices to efficiently manage injectable and infusible therapies. It supports over 360 practices and 1,600 sites of care, helping them improve charge capture, reduce waste, and streamline operations. Lynx integrates seamlessly with EHRs, billing systems, and practice management platforms, enabling real-time visibility and control over drug inventory across multiple locations. With features like intuitive dispensing, remote locking devices, and robust analytics, Lynx empowers practices to enhance patient care, improve cash flow, and reduce administrative burden.
As the Director, you will lead a cross-functional team of product managers & owners, scrum masters, and UI / UX designers, driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution across Lynx and Lynx Analytics. You'll collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions that meet the evolving needs of specialty practices.
This is not a maintenance role. We want a builder, a challenger, and a change agent who thrives on ambiguity, is passionate about solving complex problems, and is eager to make a lasting impact.
