What You'll Be Doing

• Train and develop Paint and Pack Team Leaders, focusing on business acumen and building a pipeline of talent for Danfoss.
• Secure performance in your value stream regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Provide and facilitate communication amongst team members, between teams, other areas, and with customers.
• Coach and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, actively contributing to work safety and striving for true 5S.
• Coach to ensure we are completing core processes (Root Cause Problem Solving, system audits, internal audits) and following through with appropriate problem-solving methodologies.
• Identify and lead Kaizen events, ensuring the achievement and sustainability of results.
• Drive accountability of Value Stream Map activities, quantifying projects, ensuring completion, and ensuring sustainable results.
