Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced TPM Manager to partner strategically with cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding user experiences across RL products.
Our mission is to create user-facing software and experiences that engage billions of people, seamlessly integrating core technologies in operating systems, computer vision, machine learning, speech, and health & wellness. As a TPM Manager, you will lead and grow a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for highly cross-functional projects in health, fitness, and wellness features across our AI and augmented reality (AR) wearable devices. You will collaborate with software engineering, product management, release management, and quality assurance teams, aligning efforts into cohesive programs and driving them forward. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we build and deliver our wearables portfolio, both now and in the future, while being part of an organization that values career development and personal growth. In this role, you will manage and mentor the team, drive high-level strategic initiatives, and roll up your sleeves to execute when needed.
