With flexibility to be based in either Austin or San Antonio, this role offers the chance to work on a wide range of impactful projects while contributing to a collaborative and technically focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations, soil sampling, and laboratory testing programs
• Perform geotechnical analyses for foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, and pavements
• Prepare detailed technical reports and design recommendations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, and environmental disciplines
• Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support project delivery
• Assist with project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and proposal development
