Our community bank client is looking for a motivated team player to join their commercial lending team in the Great Sioux City area to take over an existing portfolio and further develop it due to pending retirements.

Responsibilities :

• Follow established procedures & policies in securing & analyzing commercial and consumer loans.
• Minimize potential loan losses through frequent review of delinquency reports & changes of financial ratios that could indicate potential losses.
• Work to market new & existing products according to the Bank's strategic plan.
• Provide superior customer service & contribute to an environment of teamwork & excellence, through effective communication & cooperation.
• Actively participate in cross-selling Bank services to new & existing customers.
