Location : COLUMBUS, OH
Schedule : Weekends Off
Salary : $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
Job Description : Pattern Promotions is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance over the phone.

Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving issues.
- Follow call scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
